Hi all today i want to share about tips to maintain our body
endurance every day. How can we do.? there is a many tips :
- Enought Rest, Get enough rest every day , is one factor to keep your immune system.
- Positive Thinking, In healthy body there is a quiet mind and healthy too. So try to always think positively to all the problems that hit us.
- Exercise routine everyday, Every morning, try to always do regular exercise. It aims to maintain the condition of the body to keep fit and healthy.
- Food hygiene, Always make sure that the food you eat already hygienic or has been washed with clean or thoroughly cooked perfect.
- Food control, Eat reasonable portions do not overdo it. In fear of your body will be overweight and at risk of disease related to overweight or obesity.
- Fibrous foods, Fill fibrous foods each day. Fibrous foods are apples, carrots and nuts. This function fibrous foods that keep the body from bacteria.
