How much time must we spend daily bed rest fo a day.?


The people usually sleep with the normal duration is 7-8 hours a day, if we reduce our break time, we will feel unwell that can cause colds and prone to various diseases due to decreased immune system, and the performance of the body can not work optimally. we know that adequate rest it can nourish the body can also refresh the mind so that we can carry out the activities with enthusiasm and energyc, therefore if you are having a lot of busyness that makes you restless sleep or insomnia, be careful and start to change sleep patterns your healthy with minimal break 7-8 hours so your body will be healthy and fit.
